Its theoretical part sums sup the most important pieces of knowledge concerning municipality functioning and money management of municipality. The practical part comprises the analyses of the status of municipality money management in the field of budget receipts and budget expenditures. In terms of previous pieces of knowledge, there are defined proposals for improving money management and contribution of municipality.

Bachelor´s thesis deals with the municipality economy of Nová Buková in 2004 – 2007. The aim of this work is analyses revenue and expenditure and to evalnate the municipality economy. Principally, the first part of the work is focused on theoretical municipality knowledge in the Czech Republic, the second part of the work comprises the basic information about Nová Buková municipality, municipal office and budget operation. The third part of the work analyses and evalnates the budget revenue and budget expenditure. The last part of the work comprises the recommendation for economy effectivity improvement of the municipality.

Changes in behavior of taxpayers to tax on income of individuals within a defined period

The issue of taxes, especially individual income tax is a very often discussed. This is a demanding and time-consuming issue when it comes to theoretical preparation as well as data processing. Taxpayers' efforts are to optimize tax bases so that they pay as little tax as possible. Taxpayers apply non-taxable parts of the tax base and tax deductibles, such as providing free benefits (donations). The behavior of taxpayers in donating is influenced by their solidarity. In conclusion, behavior of payers of individual income tax is highly unpredictable and very individual. One of the options to achieving a more equitable income taxation would be to reintroduce a progressive tax rate.

Analysis of road tax in the Czech Republic

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of collection of road tax from year 1993 to 2015. The thesis can be divided into two parts one part is theoretical and the other is practical. The theoretical part deals with the various elements of the road tax, which are based on Act No. 16/1996 Coll., about road tax, it also stress system of registration of motor vehicles in the territory of the Czech Republic. The practical part can be divided into two subchapters. The first subchapter deals with the analysis of road tax during changes in legislation and it consists of statistical calculations as an approach of the individual aspects and the second subchapter is focused on analyzes of road tax in company Fraikin Czech Republic, Ltd. At the end of the practical part, the impact of tax burden on the company is judged and some optimization precautions are advised.

Diploma thesis traces the development of municipal tax revenues on several ex-amples of particular municipalities of different size categories in the period from 2007 to 2014. It is based on the analysis of development of the budgetary allocation of taxes, property tax and to identify the most important changes. This diploma thesis evaluates the impact of these changes on particular municipalities and compares each other. On this basis are identified the most important factors which had on the development of tax revenues the biggest impact and evaluates their impact on tax revenues. In conclusion are proposed recommendations for changing the law of budgetary allocation of taxes.
